What the loop actually contains
The measured pitches cluster tightly: 344, 346, 348, 350 and 352 Hz around F4; 437 and 440 Hz around A4; 581 to 590 Hz around D5; and a quieter 788 Hz above. Those near-duplicates a fraction of a hertz apart produce the shimmer, beating slowly against each other at roughly one to one and a half cycles per second.
